2. Services Provided

KLEVR provides do-it-yourself (DIY) security hardware and optional professional monitoring subscriptions. Our monitoring services are provided on a month-to-month basis without long-term binding contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support. Because we do not require long-term contracts, cancellation will stop future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing cycle.

5. User Conduct and Permitted Use

You agree to use our hardware and services only for their intended purpose of personal or commercial property security. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KLEVR by DEFENDR SECURITY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes before they take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
