Return Policy & Warranty

60-Day Risk-Free Trial
If you're not completely satisfied with your KLEVR system within the first 60 days, return it for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping.
1. The 60-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your security. If you purchase a new KLEVR system directly from us and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the equipment cost.
- The 60-day window begins on the day your order is placed.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Returned equipment must be in good, working condition with all original components.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
2. Lifetime Equipment Warranty
Unlike traditional security companies that charge you for replacement parts, KLEVR offers a Lifetime Warranty on all equipment, provided you maintain an active professional monitoring subscription.
- If a sensor, camera, or hub fails due to a manufacturing defect while you are actively subscribed, we will replace it for free.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of God (e.g., floods, lightning).
- If you cancel your monitoring subscription, the lifetime warranty reverts to a standard 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a warranty replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at 210-595-9103 or email support@klevrchoice.com.
- Provide your Order ID and the email address associated with your account.
- Our team will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to pack the equipment.
- Drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.
4. Monitoring Subscription Refunds
Because our professional monitoring is billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts, we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle. If you cancel your service, your protection will continue until the end of your paid billing period, at which point your system will revert to a local, unmonitored alarm.
